The SS100 1938

This beautiful vintage motorcycle is a SS100 manufactured by the British motorcycle company Brough Superior in 1938. George Brough started building motorised bikes in 1919; his were the first bikes to feature a saddle-style fuel tank, an innovation years ahead of his competition.

This is only one of the firsts that would be attached to Brough motorcycles during the company's existence. Believing that there is no substitute for quality, Brough used only the best components available to hand-assemble his bikes, lending to their performance and longevity of service.
